Wi-Fi
Find free Wi-Fi at Malaga Airport.
Malaga Airport offers free internet access, provided by Eurona Telecom, its official service provider. This wireless connection covers all the airport terminals, allowing passengers to stay connected during their stay.
To use this service, you only need to activate the Wi-Fi option on your mobile device, laptop or tablet, and select the network with the name Airport_Free_Wifi_AENA. If you cannot find this network, try moving to another area of the airport with better coverage.
Once connected, open any web page in your browser. You will be shown a welcome screen from the internet provider. Then, follow the instructions that will guide you according to the type of service you wish to use.
It is important to note that the airport does not have public terminals with internet access in the free access areas. These devices are only available in the VIP Lounges, where access is governed by specific conditions.
Meet and assist service
An accompaniment service for passengers at departure, arrival, or connecting flights. Operating hours: From 06:00 to 23:00. July and August, from 6:00 to 2:30. For more information about fares and what is it included, please send and email to agp.meetassist@aena.es
Lost and found
Lost and Found office is located at first level, at the check-in area. Open 24 hours. For more information, you can send an email to objetosperdidosagp@aena.es
Persons with reduced mobility
There is assistance provided at Malaga Airport. Passengers that want to used need to request in advance at (+34) 91 321 10 00. We recommend to request de service with at least 48 hours.
Special needs lounge
It is a lounge for passengers with specials needs that offers a relaxing atmosphere and an special equipment. In order to use it, it is needed to contact the passenger service desk. You can send and email for more information at agppmr@aena.es
Smoking area
Smoking is not permitted at AGP Airport.
Family services
Passengers will find kids play area and lactation suites.
Luggage storage
Malaga Airport offers, through the company FlyMate, a luggage storage service that allows passengers to store their belongings within the airport facilities. In addition to this service, the luggage storage office sells suitcases, and offers plastic wrapping and weighing of luggage. The facilities are under surveillance 24 hours a day by security cameras, and it is not necessary to make a prior reservation to leave your luggage while you enjoy your stopover or go out to explore the city.
The price of the luggage storage varies according to the number of pieces and the time for which you wish to store your luggage.
The lockers are located on the 0th floor, in the public area, in the Arrivals hall.
